Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and food was delicious.

The room I booked was quite small. There was also noise outside until 9 PM. It sounded like a compressor. It kicked off again at 7 AM, like an industrial washing machine.

the staff were attentive and accommodating. the fish and chips were excellent! the room was comfortable. i appreciated extra heaters were available.

i was charged an extra fee for having my small dog with me, though this was not made clear. the room was quite cramped. i could not order food from the bar and have it in my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they knew the area well (they offered excellent recommendations). The breakfast was excellent. It was a classic full English breakfast.

My room was small. There was no good place to work in it. The restaurant was cold (I heard others comment on it as well). I had to ask specifically for the heating to be turned on in my room.
