the location was convenient. it was near transport links.

The room was small. i could barely move around. The bed was also short. i am 5'10" and barely fit, a taller person would be very uncomfortable. there was also too much spam email before, during, and after my stay. it filled my inbox unnecessarily. i reminded me of a video game player not a guest.

the location was convenient. it was within walking distance of two tube stations. i found plenty of nice restaurants and pubs in the area. the area felt quiet and safe.

The room was small. There wasn't much space between the end of the bed and dressing table. i could hear people in the corridor. Sound proofing was not great. a soft closure fitting would fix the internal door as it banged all night and kept me awake.

i loved the modern and clean original room, it felt so fresh! the reception team was friendly, always ready to help. the entrance area has a really nice breakfast spot, i enjoyed the excellent coffee. it's great the hotel is right on the park's edge and a short walk to a high street with various restaurants.

I sometimes had to wait a bit to use it.

The location is excellent with easy access to kensington gardens. it has proximity to various attractions via a single line. i also found many nice restaurants and pubs nearby. This made exploring very easy.
