the reception team offered a warm welcome. bobby, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is near the dlr train station and the high street (many shops and restaurants are around).

the location was convenient for transport i found easy access to the train station. the room had necessary amenities i had a tv and wifi. the staff responded to my requests sent by message.
the sign for the hotel was misleading i took a while to find it. i asked about breakfast as advertised but i was told there was no breakfast. the walls were marked and the room wasn't as expected.

thin walls
lugging my bags up those stairs was like a twisted workout i didn't sign up for. and the walls? lets just say i've seen thicker dividers in cardboard boxes. the noise from other guests.

I found the room to be a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, a welcome relief after a long day (especially with the soft pillows!).
