The room was beautifully decorated. It also had extras like dental kits and a well-equipped mini fridge. The cleanliness was super clean. It felt fresh. The bed was comfortable (I slept like a baby!).

The staircase up to the rooms is a bit steep and narrow. Carrying large suitcases could be a challenge.

i found the suite beautifully furnished. the linens felt high end. i also appreciated the soft bathrobes. the receptionist supported me through whatsapp, very convenient.

the staircase was steep. it was difficult with luggage.

The staff was super helpful and kind. I was upgraded to a lovely room, a real treat. The room was very clean. I will certainly return. The location proved very convenient.

Access to the rooms required using a narrow, steep staircase, somewhat difficult. The hotel description should mention this aspect with mobility issues or large suitcases. There is no lift available.

the location IS convenient near central attractions. many prime spots are within walking distance. the hotel room featured a four poster bed. the bathroom had very good quality fittings.

the stairs are steep. there are no hand rails to help with luggage. i also noticed no fire safety instructions. there were no extra security locks on the door.
