the location it's great. edgware road station is very close, only a short walk. many restaurants and markets stayed open late, this was so useful.

stepping into my room, it felt very hot. the temperature difference with the hallway was very noticeable and uncomfortable. the receptionist acknowledged they were having problems with it, but there was no offer of a solution.

the staff WERE friendly and accommodating. the room was nice and comfortable. the location was alright, with a bus stop just in front and a short walk from the tube station.

I didn't like how it didn't match the picture of what i seen online. And also i didn't know about the £100 deposit until afterwards as that also set us back. we are VERY upset at the fact that we haven't received our deposit back by card. we spoke to the receptionist and he said paying the deposit at check in, in cash was fine and he said it would be sent back to the card holder by card but now we are getting mixed stories. i found this very upsetting.

the suite was perfect for my short stay. it really had everything i needed and more. there were shops nearby that had treats i adore. the bus routes were right there to carry me away to beautiful sights.

the bed itself was quite awful. it was really uncomfortable and hard for me. there was no shampoo left in the refillable dispenser. i really wanted a soothing bath.
