I was happy extra milk came when I requested it. Staff behavior was appropriate. Plenty of power sockets existed, including some by the desk, besides those for the TV and kettle.

the bed felt comfortable to me.

the room was not cleaned properly though. i noticed dust and cobwebs, so cleaning requires improvement. the carpet seemed filthy, and it perhaps needs to be changed.

The staff showed attention to detail and met my requests with promptness. The room had tea and coffee making facilities ,which was so nice, and the TV worked perfectly. Free parking on-site was very helpful, saving me time and added costs.

I noticed the immediate area around the hotel needed some tidying.

i stayed there after landing at gatwick. it is thirty minutes from the airport. the staff was very kind to accommodate my late check-in , and i appreciate the self check-in option. the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

the cleanliness was an issue , i saw dust and grime in the room. the shower was grubby , the glass needed cleaning.

The location was good. A short walk took me into the town centre. shops and cafes were within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. guest parking was useful, and i found a space easily. the staff member, usama, was helpful and friendly.

the hot water pressure at the bathroom sink was notably weak. hand washing felt slightly difficult as a result.
