the room had air conditioning a fridge and a safe deposit box for my belongings also included was a kettle along with tea and coffee i found this very convenient. the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean i had no issues with the space. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i greatly appreciated their assistance.

i noticed there wasn't an elevator to reach the upper floors.

the team was very friendly and accommodating ensuring all requests were handled promptly and efficiently i felt welcomed and well-cared for during my entire visit the staff consistently displayed professionalism.

convenient location warm service new decoration good comfort

I found the proximity to various locations quite convenient and it made exploration simple. beatrice was especially helpful. She provided warm service. my room had everything i needed despite its size. the new decoration and clean condition impressed me and the bed provided good comfort.

i noticed slight noise from the street, but it was not a significant issue.

central location helpful staff clean room

The location IS great! it is very central. the staff were happy to let us store our luggage while we explored the city. the rooms were clean. It seemed like the building was refurbished.

the wifi was intermittent, a LITTLE frustrating to plan my day.
