An Okay Stay Near the Lake

The staff were easy to find and seemed ready to help when approached. That was alright I guess.

The air conditioning in my room was not good. It reminded me of a sauna at night. There were no temperature controls in the room to adjust anything. I also found the mattresses quite tired. My back felt it after just one night.

the staff was friendly and ready to help. i really appreciated their multilingual skills (english, italian, german, and french). the room was nice and neat for a short stay. (plus, the location is great!)

the window only opens a little bit. i found this annoying because i wanted more fresh air. there was no way to really control the room temperature.

The location is well connected. It is about 20 minutes for a pleasant walk to the city center. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It offered more than I expected. The staff members were very friendly.

The shower was small. It was probably suitable for an airplane. The water temperature was unstable. There were no toiletries except for a multipurpose gel for head and body.. the window only opens slightly, annoying.

The hotel's location is super! The lake is just a short walk away, which I totally loved. I also received free bus tickets to the train station, what a nice surprise. The breakfast offered many options and the quality was great..
