the room i had overlooked a wall not a garden as advertised i think the price was high for that kind of room the toiletries seemed cheap for a hotel like this plus the control panels for the lights stayed too bright it bothered me at night

really good service luxurious room lovely proposal dinner unbelievable view

I found this hotel undeniably the best i have ever stayed at. the service was really good and the room was luxurious. they hired out the restaurant for my proposal dinner. It was lovely. the roof terrace room offered an unbelievable view from its balcony.

the air conditioning never got cold enough, so the room was uncomfortable in the heat. it also turns off when you leave, so you cannot cool the room down beforehand. i found this slightly inconvenient.

The hotel's location near the water and the walkway by the lake was acceptable.

I found that the room temperature control was a sham. They said it couldn't go below 23 C. I struggled to get comfortable at night because of this issue.

The location was acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.

My room was not up to standard. The shower lacked proper enclosure and caused water spillage onto the floor, next to the bed. the lighting controls proved problematic, as I could not completely darken the room at night due to a persistent glow from the touch panels (it was distracting).
