thin walls broken air conditioning

the breakfast was decent, nothing lovely, though it filled me up before exploring the area.

I was told the walls were soundproof, but i could hear everything! people talking in the hallway, chairs moving upstairs, even someone's alarm going off at 6 am. It really impacted my sleep. also, the air conditioning was set to a default temperature, and the controls didn't seem to do anything! it was either too hot or too cold.

i really liked the kindness the staff showed. they helped with all my questions and even organised a boat. a dinner reservation was made on our behalf. the hotel includes an ideal spot to explore.

my room was tiny even by european standards. there are also few electric outlets. the towel rack never worked properly even after requests to fix it.

Superb stay!

excellent location modern decor delicious breakfast

I appreciated the excellent location. It was a short walk to shops. The rooms feature modern decor. I found it sleek. Breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning. It was a treat. I appreciated the tasty cappuccinos in the morning, too.

The elevator was occasionally slow, especially during peak hours.
