the parking was not complimentary as advertised there was also no assistance offered with luggage this felt substandard for THE price i paid the noise from the restaurant below was quite disruptive late into the night

the room i booked wasn't exactly what i expected the photos made it seem larger than it was the bathroom felt cramped with very little space to move i also found some noise issues the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations from the next room these things affected my overall experience negatively

Amazing Lakefront Experience

The room had gorgeous decorations. Waking up to the lake view each morning was amazing. I enjoyed breakfast delivered to my door. The staff was lovely and very responsive to all requests. I appreciated the private balcony with a fine view of the lake. The hotel provided Starlink WiFi, so it was very fast.

The village is quieter than other areas, with fewer bars and cafes nearby.

The staff was very helpful with transport information (for example, taxis to Bellagio). They helped set up a group boat ride to tour the villas. I found this service really good.

The room had beautiful decorations. The bathroom had a hot shower and staff were very accommodating to requests. I had breakfast on my balcony. It was delivered to my room that morning. It was a real treat to take advantage of the warm sun and the view of the lake..

The ferry from Belagio runs only every few hours.

the staff were very friendly and eager. i found local restaurant recommendations very helpful, as were activity suggestions. a private boat tour arrangement on the lake was a highlight of my trip. i thought the continental breakfast each morning was a good start to the day.
