the staff was so friendly. i got every information i needed quickly. the room was very clean and had a decent size. i appreciated that it was very quiet despite being on a road.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. the staff were very helpful too. i also appreciated the close proximity to the bus and train stations. Everything was easily accessible by walking.
The bathroom had a small area near the shower with slight mold. It was a very minor issue though

The staff were friendly and helpful. Their 24/7 desk service was really reassuring. I found the hotel very clean and my room was so comfortable. I really appreciated the efficient hairdryer and the soft towels provided. I also found the powerful shower perfect for a refreshing start to the day!

Breakfast had a nice selection of gluten-free options including croissants, brownies, bread, crackers and muesli. I noticed a microwave and kettle were available for communal use in the breakfast room. I even saw ready meals for purchase in the hotel.
