The room lacked essential amenities. Specifically, there was no coffee maker. i found this omission inconvenient for preparing a morning beverage. the spa access required an extra charge. This was unexpected and detracted from the overall value.

the twin room was a decent size for what i needed the beds were ok.

this hotel charged extra for the swimming pool i mean seriously and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room talk about stingy the water bottles they wanted me to pay extra for i could get cheaper at the shop next door what a joke and the bedding was way too heavy for the weather i had to remove them myself

Returning to this hotel was like a perfect end to my holiday. i stayed just one night. It mirrored my previous experience from may. the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me and promptly confirmed the reservation. i found this service particularly efficient and reliable, i really appreciated their help.

the room key was a rather large, traditional key, i think it would be better if it was a modern key card.

the rooms have effective soundproofing, i found this contributed to a peaceful atmosphere. beds were comfortable, and i slept well. the air conditioning worked efficiently, i could control the temperature to my liking.

there was no kettle in the room. mini bar items weren't included in the price. the price was quite high based on the type of hotel.
