the location is convenient near the airport for early flights.
the payment policy is odd they pre authorized €104 plus an extra €100 i had no choice to pay outright i checked in on a friday they blocked €300 on my credit card instead of just charging me €100 this is not customer friendly especially for an overnight stay.

I found the staff cute and very helpful . the room was clean and quiet. I got a good night's sleep. the shuttle service to the airport operated efficiently at five euros.
the gym was quite small, it had limited equipment.

my room had blackout curtains and this really helped. i found the beds comfortable, it really was a sleep enhancing experience. the food selection was good, i tasted a few things and liked what i ate.
i did notice the light switches were a bit confusing to operate at first.

the reception and bar staff acted professionally i found them really friendly. i had dinner at the bar it was very tasty. the early morning shuttle to the airport was on time it quickly delivered us to bergamo airport. i had a relaxing experience at the spa i needed to reserve the hours in advance for this.
i found no free water in my room which felt unusual these days i needed to get the remote for the hairdryer separately.

the reception staff, especially christina and martina, really helped me coordinate the airport shuttle and taxis. breakfast offered a large, varied selection! the restaurant was also excellent. I enjoyed the live band so much. they allowed me to leave my luggage. I came back after one day.
The room was too warm. The ventilation did not work well!
