My room was very spacious and clean. The location is great. It's right next to the train station (very convenient for travel). The staff was friendly and helpful .

The air conditioning in my room wasn't great. It was hard to get the temperature just right. It was either too warm or too cold. The hotel Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, difficult for me to work.

the location was great, right next to the train station, convenient.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. There wasn't a free bottle of water provided in the room (i think a little something can go a long way), and i had to get the wifi instructions from the reception desk because they weren't available in the room.
