great location and service
clean rooms really good breakfast helpful staff
the hotel location worked well for my trip. i found the rooms very clean. the breakfast had a fantastic selection. i liked the helpfulness of the staff .
the gym was quite small and it only had a limited number of machines.

the hotel is across from the lake and close to ticket offices for excursions. many restaurants and shops are around the corner from the hotel making it very accessible.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location
helpful staff perfect location nice view
The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was perfect for accessing the ferry terminal and local restaurants. I especially enjoyed the room. It was always clean and had a really nice view (even if it was just a standard room!).
Soundproofing could be better. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The hotel offers quick access to the ferry terminal. Multiple restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance from the hotel. This makes dining out very easy and offers many choices.

The hotel is centrally located and offers easy access to many attractions. It is very close to the Duomo and major squares. The funicular is also just a short walk away (easy to reach).

Really good Location and Helpful Staff
wonderful view room soundproofing lovely extras convenient location
I appreciated the upgraded room with a wonderful lake view. The soundproofing in my room worked well. The breakfast included nice extras. The hotel is near the center of town and the ferry, which I found very convenient.
The air conditioning was not working adequately, though I was staying during the shoulder season.

The hotel has great access to ferries for exploring the lake. It sits in a very central location and allows easy walking to many attractions. Driving to unload bags is easy with discounted, secure parking nearby.
