The breakfast offered many delicious options, such as fresh pastries. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room and the bathroom were super clean and cleaned daily! Furnishings throughout the hotel appear high quality.

I had a super clean and big room. High quality amenities added to the experience. I enjoyed the amazing view over the lake. The location was beautiful. The classic style was well-kept, giving a sense of luxury.
I noticed the gym lacked a sufficient variety of equipment for a complete workout.

the breakfast buffet offered so much variety. the gelato at belle epoque bar tasted fabulous. the hotel shuttle service to the train station was quite helpful. i also enjoyed access to the spa, pool, steam room and sauna.
the water pressure in the overhead rain shower was a bit weak.
