the breakfast had some great views. the personnel are friendly enough and i found the bed comfortable. i really liked eating there by lake como. the bus stop was also close to the hotel.

the room i had was a bit small. it did not have much storage. the shower also had a broken piece. this was a bit annoying as i had nowhere to put anything.

i found the breakfast choices very good and it set me up perfectly for the day. staff were helpful and friendly. the location suited me very well because it was an easy walk to the beach. i did like the lake view from my room.

the room was smaller than i had expected, but i did not spend much time there anyway.

the staff offered a very warm welcome and were always available to provide assistance, even opening the bar after hours!!! they were attentive and catered to all requests quickly and effectively.

the breakfast buffet presented a good selection with freshly prepared omelets and scrambled eggs. the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast room provided beautiful views, and it enhanced the morning experience.

I loved the complimentary prosecco upon arrival. It allowed me to immediately relax and soak in the views from the patio. breakfast was amazing with a great variety. easy parking made exploring nearby very simple for me.

our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake, something i asked for and it delivered in a big way! the room itself was spacious and very clean, important to me. there was easy access to the room and other facilities.

The staff was helpful and professional. they offered excellent recommendations, especially for a restaurant atop a nearby hill. It had very nice food and the best view! i really appreciated the attentiveness of the team.
