the room included toiletries and slippers (nice touch!). i also used the breakfast service each morning, and it was very good, with a wide selection of pastries available.

the location is very central. My room, a beautiful queen room, had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast service has MANY options, it was excellent.

The walls do seem kind of thin. I could hear faint noises from other rooms.

great variety helpful staff central location

the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. i found the staff to be polite and helpful. the location is perfect (right next to a bus stop!) making it easy to reach the airport. the room was cleaned daily and was always super clean.

the room's air conditioning seemed a bit weak. even with it running, the air felt somewhat stagnant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the train station. The staff were helpful . The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was able to quickly access the lower town and the airport bus.

The room had a very slight musty smell. It was only noticeable upon first entering, but it dissipated quickly.

great location perfect view attentive staff

the location was excellent with a bus stop to citta alta or the airport just outside (very useful!). my room had a perfect view overlooking the city. the staff were very attentive, i appreciated their help with recommendations.

the bar area could use some improvement. the furniture was uninviting, really).
