The location was special , with the Garibaldi station just a short walk away. We found many restaurants and shops nearby , offering a good experience. Our room included soundproofing windows , something that ensured quiet and peaceful nights.
I encountered a broken coffee machine in the room , something that was inconvenient. There were also no irons available directly , and I could only borrow one for an hour.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us early access to our room , which was very helpful after our long journey. I found the waiter and waitress especially polite during breakfast.

poor bathroomunsafe environment
I was really expecting a better experience. the bathroom wasn't great. after every shower, it flooded, very inconvenient. also, with three nightclubs nearby, returning to the hotel with children at night didn't feel safe at all. It was a bit unsettling.

the room was clean and well-kept, a definite plus.
unfortunately, the noise level was a significant problem. the soundproofing was poor (i could hear conversations in adjacent rooms). this made it difficult to relax during the day and sleep at night.
