poor soundproofinginadequate lighting
I was annoyed the soundproofing wasn't effective. i constantly heard chairs scraping and banging late at night. It disrupted my sleep. the shower temperature fluctuated from scalding to freezing. the room lighting was also poor. it was difficult to get ready properly because the room was so dark.

the location of the hotel was very convenient. it was a short walk from the train station. the staff members were friendly to me, and always ready to help. the rooms are pretty comfortable for a stay, i thought.
The darkness of the hotel bothered me. everywhere felt dark. The lobby, the corridors, even the rooms and bathroom. there isnt any natural light, i noticed. the room was also small with very limited space. the shower door leaked water too.

the location is very convenient. i found it easy to reach from the train station. the room was clean and it had all the basic amenities i needed. the staff at the reception were friendly and available.
the room size was smaller than i expected. there was a distinct lack of natural light inside the room, even during daytime hours.. this. i found the thermostat settings difficult to adjust.

The room was bigger than I expected. It had easy access to the main train station and the Metro.
The breakfast room was too cold. It was located in the basement and it felt dark. I think the breakfast selection was more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star..
