I stayed in a Double or Twin Room Park View. The room included complimentary water. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at the premise. The hotel is close to public transport. I really liked it.
The breakfast area sometimes felt a bit CROWDED.

i found the staff to be helpful. they arranged a quiet room for me, a true blessing. the hotel location is near a lovely park where i enjoyed a morning walk.
the lifts are a bit tiny, fitting only a few people comfortably.

Excellent Location and Service

key sites friendly receptionist
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center. The location made it easy to explore key sites (I even walked to the Duomo). The staff was very friendly. A receptionist was especially lovely.
