suberb location early check kind staff yummy options

the location is superb near the m5 metro station! i got a room super early before official check in. every staff member were so kind and always ready with help. breakfast had so many yummy options!

the bathroom sink had a slight funny smell sometimes.

i found the breakfast quite nice. a lady at reception helped me book a taxi last minute. this service was very useful as it was raining and i couldn't find any taxis. the hotel offers luggage storage so we could explore the city after check-out..

i noticed not many food options exist near the hotel.

the location was great, providing easy access to the city center. a tram stop was right outside the hotel. the breakfast had lots of choices and everything tasted fresh.

the room felt old and tired. the towels were thin and greying. i also found the hallway on my floor smelly.

I appreciated the complimentary fresh drinking water daily. It is necessary as tap water is not drinkable. the hotel's proximity to the tram and metro stations made exploring easy. the big room was comfortable. Cleanliness was also noticeable.

The hotel's exterior looked old. The overall appearance seemed tired.

i found a lot of games for kids there, including an entertainment person after dinner. it really helped to have a nice evening. breakfast was very good with many options available. the location is great, very close to the metro station for easy access to the city.

The room windows only opened a little bit. I didn't like that.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated that fresh drinkwater was available for free daily.

The hotel looked old from the outside. The towels were old and thin. The air conditioning did not go on until later in the year due to local regulations.
