“This Milan hotel strikes me as a somewhat dated property, though its proximity to the Crocetta Metro station is a definite plus for getting around. While some may find its vintage style charming, reports of noise and inconsistent service give me pause. The breakfast, from what I gather, may not be worth the expense given other options in Milan.”

noisy air conditioner paper thin walls
The air conditioner made quite a racket. It seemed like a jet engine was trying to take off right in the room. also, i could hear everything (and i mean everything) happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. it was like the walls were made of paper. finding the 'do not disturb' card hidden in a drawer after someone had already waltzed into my room was the cherry on top.
