a cozy stay
friendly staff excellent location practical bathroom
i found the staff so friendly. their warmth. the location was excellent. it was close to a tram stop. the room had a very practical bathroom and i had coffee often.
the noise of the tram outside was often loud. this made it hard to relax sometimes.

my double room had fresh towels and a comfortable bed. it was so spacious. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and separate sinks. the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the staff assisted us, they were very helpful. they also spoke multiple languages. i saw the front desk workers help others by giving directions. their attitude was so attentive and kind.

the breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit. i drank coffee every morning. the dining area included various options. they refill food constantly and i noticed clean tables consistently during service.

a tram station was just outside the door, it was super practical. i could walk to the city center, it took about twenty minutes. i liked the location very much, it was connected so well.

noisy air conditioner paper thin walls
The air conditioner made quite a racket. It seemed like a jet engine was trying to take off right in the room. also, i could hear everything (and i mean everything) happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. it was like the walls were made of paper. finding the 'do not disturb' card hidden in a drawer after someone had already waltzed into my room was the cherry on top.

the location provided easy access to the metro station nearby. the staff displayed friendly and helpful attitudes. the breakfast had a nice selection of items.
the hotel decor looked quite dated i noticed. the bed felt rather hard which affected sleep quality. i found some damaged furniture in the room.
