cute staff airy room tea facilities terrible shower low pressure dirty cup
the staff was very cute. i found a big, airy room. coffee and tea were available in the room, i loved that.
the shower was terrible. water pressure was almost nonexistent. the temperature was lukewarm. the coffee cup was dirty so i washed it.

clean room tidy room excellent value slimy shower head late music rude staff
The room was clean and tidy. IT WAS A GEM. I booked late and found excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place, and I will use it again.
The shower head WAS SLIMY. I had no sleep because music played well past midnight. I managed to contact reception and was told rudely that football was on.

excessive noise inconsistent shower
I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but a couple of things really let it down. the noise from the bar downstairs was excessive. it continued late into the night. also, the shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between warm and cold, and the water pressure wasn't great either. i expected better for the price i paid.

I found the room very spacious and clean. the location suited me perfectly. It was near to where i needed to be. the staff was helpful and polite.
the live music was quite loud until late. i wasn't aware of it when i booked my stay, and it did make it difficult to relax.

some issues
cold room late disturbance
my stay had a few problems. the room grew quite cold and the supplemental heater required considerable time to actually heat the place. also, a disturbance around 1 am woke me. i found it difficult to return to sleep after that. it made me disappointed.
