The front desk staff provided helpful information about taxis and tours. The room was beautifully decorated. It featured varnished woodwork and marble bathrooms. Breakfast included elaborate pastries, meats, and cheeses (I especially liked the local cheese selection).

the staff was helpful. paulo and yana were especially informative and friendly. the room was a good size, clean and tidy. the bed was super comfortable. the bathroom had an excellent shower. plenty of towels were available.

It is quite dated. the hotel across the street looked much more modern. i think there is a poor value for the money. i would probably not repeat this.

The room was an excellent, clean, and tidy size. the bed was super comfortable. I loved its size. the bathroom had everything needed in a compact space. It included an excellent shower. plenty of towels were available, perfect.

The air conditioning seemed limited as it only went to 21 degrees. It never actually got there. it felt quite warm. the furnishings felt old-fashioned. i thought the breakfast was average.
