i admired the lake como view from my room. the breakfast offered numerous food choices, it was awesome. the staff were helpful and very attentive. the hotel staff looked out for my luggage, as it was lost by air france.
the parking fee was unexpectedly expensive, though the location was perfect.

the location is slightly outside the city center. i wish there were more readily available transport options.

I really loved the dining room. It has panoramic views. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds so I could lay comfortably.
The parking is impossibly tight. I made a mistake paying for it. The owner is tight when it comes to expenditure. I feel that.
