I appreciated the advance email that provided a complimentary city pass. The pass included access to public transport and even the funicular to the city center!

The hotel location is very convenient. It is situated close to the train station allowing easy access. The breakfast has a wide selection. It started the day well. The outdoor restaurant features tall palm trees giving shade.

I noticed some slight train noise because the train tracks are so close.

The grounds seemed like an island. the hotel has easy access to the train station. i took advantage of happy hour with discounted drinks. the continental breakfast started my day well. It was one of the best i have had.

the air conditioner did not work. also, the lights weren't working, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the phone's battery wasn't charging. i requested compensation but have not heard back from the director.

the staff provided friendly service and answered questions with ease. the barman showed really good skill and made the best mojito and aperol spritz. i appreciated the readily available literature in the lobby.

The room on the fourth floor presented a wonderful lake view. the bathroom included soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The pool was large and set in a fine garden. I found the room spacious and neat.

I found the location very convenient being close to the train station. The restaurant offered excellent food with reasonable prices. The garden was a beautiful space, I enjoyed spending time there.

I noted a very slight noise from the nearby train but it does not disturbed my rest.

The hotel featured a pool with a comfortable temperature, it was a great feature. A children's play area exists nearby, this is perfect for families. Shaded gardens surrounded the building, these provided relaxing spaces.
