the room was large with really good views of the lake. i found the staff very nice and helpful . i appreciated the jacuzzi with its cafe located on the roof. breakfast had many choices with a wonderful view from the breakfast room

i found only a slight issue with the firm beds though they remained comfortable

the location provides calm outside. parking was available both at the front and back. spacious and very clean rooms were a positive.

the hotel exterior looked tatty. i found only five hangers, and no stoppers were on the metal bars. this meant clothes kept falling off.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

faulty phonelate repair

I was disappointed that the hotel phone in my room did not work. I informed the reception in the morning , but they didn't fix it all day. They finally sent a staff member to my room at 10.30pm to fix it. It was quite late for such a repair.
