great variety adult pool mountain views

the breakfast included a great variety of choices. the adult pool was nearby. there were many sunbeds by the smaller pool ensuring we could relax. the mountain views added to the serenity.

parking view deficient grounds

I found several aspects of my stay SUBSTANDARD. My room overlooked the parking area, and an upgrade to a lake view required paying double the price. This felt exploitative. The bar service lacked competence. the grounds was neglected as the lawn maintenance was deficient. This fell short of my expectations for a 4-star hotel,

pool noise peaceful atmosphere

the breakfast was good.

The hotel advertises itself as adults only, but there were children at the pool. This was not what i expected. i overheard other guests complaining about the noise as well. it really detracted from the peaceful atmosphere i was hoping for.

The description advertised an adults-only experience, but families with children were present at the pool from 10am to 6pm. This was REALLY misleading.

Fantastic Stay with a Lake View

public gardens lakeside restaurant friendly staff

The location links directly to public gardens on the lake banks. Train and boat access to other lake destinations is simple. The on-site restaurant offers an upscale experience on the lakeside. I found dinner very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, always smiling.

The bathroom was small with somewhat inadequate lighting. This made getting ready a little difficult.

The staff was very helpful and kind . I especially want to thank the ladies, who were very attentive. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to a smooth visit. I am grateful for their professionalism.
