A Pleasant Hotel Experience

the location is fantastic near the lake. the breakfast was delicious and varied! the bar is also right on the water, and it offers a nice selection of food and drinks. i also appreciated the friendly service.
the shower was very narrow. i also had a problem with hot water and it was a bit frustrating. the bedding wasn't very comfortable, and the brown blanket was scratchy. it felt out of place in this type of hotel.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
excellent locationlacking service
The location is excellent, situated right on the waterfront (I especially liked being so close to the ferry stop).
Customer service was lacking, in my opinion. I found the breakfast chaotic with limited supervision of the waiters. For example, a waiter put my coffee cup on top of my plate with eggs. This impacted my experience negatively.
