amazing hotel experience!

the staff were so attentive! they responded quickly to my texts before i arrived and check-in was very pleasant. the bartender made a very nice aperol spritz and negroni, so i enjoyed that! for dinner, i walked down the main street to corte visconti, a superb, michelin-rated restaurant.

the hotel is a notable distance from the airport. the shuttle service runs infrequently, and not at all during extended hours. i had to reach the hotel via an expensive taxi ride.

the room had everything i needed, including hair conditioner. the newly refurbished space was brand new and very clean. it was also quiet, so i got great sleep!

The soundproofing was not good. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. also, there was no complimentary water bottle in the room, a standard amenity i expect from a four-star hotel. these small details impacted the overall experience. the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about the noise levels, a real letdown.

Consistent Quality Close to the Airport

The attentiveness of the hotel staff impressed me. They responded quickly to my texts before my arrival. The bartender made a very good Aperol Spritz and Negroni, quite expertly crafted. The shuttle service is available in the morning and evening but needs to be scheduled. The room had a good size and the bed was very comfy.

I found that the room had little soundproofing. I could hear my neighbour during the night.

The front desk staff provided perfect service with a smile and a high level of professionalism. The kitchen staff accommodated a late meal after the closing time, something i appreciated very much. This attentiveness added positively to my stay.
