The hotel provided a Ticino ticket. I used this ticket for public transportation. The location was also great with easy access to the train station. This made getting around very easy.

The furniture looked very dated. It set a poor tone from the start. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows were thin. These pillows offered no support to my neck.
