Filario Hotel & Residences provides 30 individually furnished rooms, each with a private balcony. Rooms include premium bedding, laptop-friendly workspaces, and air conditioning. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms and feature lakefront views, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, and a terrace or garden area. Each apartment includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a dressing area, a dining table, a patio, soundproofed rooms, and garden furniture. Kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle. Rooms also have a flat-screen TV with complimentary Sky TV and free online access to over 3,000 newspapers and magazines. Bathrooms provide free toiletries.

Culinary Voyage at Filo

Dining at Filario centers around Filo Restaurant, offering Italian cuisine with dishes drawing inspiration from both the pre-Alpine setting and Chef Alessandro Parisi's native Naples. A buffet spread features jams, cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, and freshly baked brioches, alongside hot dishes made to order. The wine list covers every region from Sicily to Trentino Alto Adige. Daily specials add variety to the dining experience. Guests can enjoy lunch or an evening meal at Filo Restaurant or start the day on the terrace of Ristorante Filo.

Leisure and Activities

Guests have direct access to a private beach with cabanas and complimentary use of pedalos, canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. The property has a small fitness room with Technogym equipment. Wakesurf classes are available from the marina. Guests have access to the infinity pool and gym.
