a pleasant stay

helpful reception clean room convenient location

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Such kindness made all the difference. i found the room very clean. the location was near the city center, a lovely plus for getting around. the early check-in after a long flight from new zealand, it was a big help!

The pillows were very thin, providing little to no head support. It was a challenge to rest comfortably. i believe some plusher pillows could significantly improve the sleeping experience.

The hotel enjoys a superb location very close to the train station. access to the warehouse district and the duba art museum is straightforward. Such proximity makes sightseeing easy. it is certainly great for visitors.

the check-out time is at 12 noon, awesome for a relaxed departure, lovely. the room lighting was actually rather fun! the shower was excellent.

the breakfast buffet offers a reasonable selection, quite nice, and the offerings are fresh. there is availability of hot water for tea, perfect, and there is also a microwave. such attention to detail is endearing.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

The staff are super accommodating. The hotel provide extreme budget. I find no frills at all. I stay only one night transitioning. The location is central. This give great value. The rooms had the right size.

The bed are stiff and not comfortable at all. I slept bad both nights.

the staff was helpful and nice. the room was comfortable and had enough space. i found the option to pay extra for late check-out interesting.

the surrounding streets were quite dark. some unpleasant looking characters were hanging around in nearby streets. after dark the location did not feel safe.

The location was close to the central railway station. That detail was acceptable.

The shower seemed like a space shuttle. The water temperature went from hot to cold randomly. The pillows were not good, and the mattress would fall off the bed. The hotel could have supplied more towels.

small room broken air conditioner

the location was pretty good. it was easy to get around.

the room was small. the air conditioner did not work properly! the pillows were too small. also, there was only one bath towel provided for a room with two beds.
