Really good Hotel Experience

The location was excellent allowing easy access to attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, it provided ample space. I found the staff professional and friendly adding to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel also had live music each evening in the bar area, it added entertainment.
I experienced a minor issue when I tried to get a snack at night and the limited late-night dining options restricted choices

I always look forward to staying here. The atmosphere is amazing. The hotel is very clean. The staff is fantastic, and the food is great. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the rooftop bar. A very good band was playing, and the cocktails were good for everyone. My daughter thought it was a very big highlight.
I found the spa a bit stressful. It was full of children and quite loud. It felt more like a waterpark than a relaxing spa retreat. The spa manager seemed careless and unhelpful when I inquired about the opening hours.
