I stayed for several nights and found the reception staff efficient during check-in. The location is quite convenient (about 8 minutes to bars and restaurants). I appreciated that it was a short bus ride to the town centre. Breakfast included a great variety of options i could wish for.

The shower design allows water to escape onto the floor due to the small door (a minor inconvenience).

The room included a modern design and a very clean interior. In the bathroom, there were complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner, a nice touch. Each room has a kettle for making tea or coffee. complimentary water.

the room was clean upon arrival, which i appreciated. the wi-fi worked without issue.

The air conditioning did not work properly. it just blew out warm air. i found the gym disappointing. It had only two treadmills, and one was out of service. the location also felt a bit isolated (i had to walk about 20 minutes to find a decent restaurant).

The room was a premium king room. it featured a fridge, which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable, and the room included an ironing board. breakfast provided a great selection. I especially liked the variety.

my room was a little dark, needing more light.

the lobby and bar area had beautiful designs with high-quality food and drinks available. there was a happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00. a sauna area was available, contributing to relaxation , it was clean and very well maintained.

The room had blackout curtains and individual climate control, helpful for restful nights. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. A parking garage provided secure parking, a great feature. The staff was friendly. Though, a bellhop wasn't available. The hotel location is near Alster Lake.

The bathroom design had a small shower door, and this caused water to splash onto the floor.
