The location proved central. It was in a really nice area. Overlooking the canal added to the experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with amenities, which I found convenient. The decor is modern and updated, giving the hotel a fresh feel.

I noticed the hotel did not replenish water in rooms daily and the mini bars were empty.

The room was spacious, quiet, and also clean. The location is really good, right in the city center. Breakfast had a wide variety, it was excellent. I found that location was central to most sights so it was easy to walk everywhere.

I waited a bit for the room to be ready, but I did arrive earlier than the standard check-in time.

Some staff members were very polite and professional . The baggage handler was particularly helpful! I found the service prompt and efficient with quick responses to requests.

The location was acceptable. It was near public transportation.

I am SO FRUSTRATED. We requested a baby cot, but it was ignored. The room was not prepared when we arrived. We got the cot after asking, but another room for our daughter was not possible. The hotel offered free cancellation, but it was too late to find another place for the night.

The room was large and open. I found the pillows to be nice and big. The location is also perfect for city exploration.

The reception staff was not friendly. They seemed neither empathetic nor solution-oriented. The entire attitude was nowhere near a five-star standard. I also found the interior relatively dated.
