The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff were friendly and professional. The room had a nice toiletry selection and covered all necessities. I found the pillow menu a positive experience.
The gym seemed focused only on shoulder exercises.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. They all speak italian, so it was very easy to communicate. Staff responded quickly to requests and provided necessary information for transportation.

The hotel location is really excellent, and it is near to many points of interest. It is quiet, even though it is on a busy road. The hotel is within walking distance of the city's main attractions and the main square.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options with excellent quality food. I found that breakfast in the garden was a very special experience. There is a great selection of hot and cold dishes at the buffet.

the room was a double room city view. it included a safe for valuables. i found the breakfast selection extensive and satisfying. the outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape during the day.
the gym could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

insufficient air conditioningrepetitive breakfast
during my stay, i encountered a couple of issues. firstly, the air conditioning in the double room city view was insufficient (it struggled to keep the room cool even at the lowest setting). secondly, i found the breakfast options repetitive, lacking variety from day to day. this was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

My check-in was smooth with a friendly welcome. The room was clean and well kept. I particularly enjoyed the lush garden. It provided a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was a treat. I could order coffee and enjoy a varied fresh selection.
The air conditioning was a bit lacking, struggling to keep the room cool during the hotter parts of the day. I found this slightly inconvenient.
