Wow it is a beautiful hotel! our rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean! the staff were very helpful and the breakfast choice was very good. we all had spa treatments. I got a bali massage, best massage i've ever had! it was very reasonably priced for a superb hotel.

one night, there was a party inside the hotel, with loud music until very late. i could hear people screaming from the party. it was unacceptable, i expect much more from a luxury hotel!

The rooftop restaurant had amazing views. The breakfast buffet included various options served elegantly. The spa offered a great massage and facial.

The music was loud when the door opened at parties downstairs. I could hear the music a few floors up. Reception staff attitude was rude. I did not like it. The hotel was near guests smoking. It looked tacky.
