i was supposed to have a junior suite. the description said it included a tub, but it didn't. they said that kind of room doesn't exist. also, i found the lady at the spa quite disrespectful and the experience wasn't relaxing at all.

I was excited about the spa, i have to admit. the hotel only allows guests one hour per day there and reservations are necessary. the salt room required an extra charge. it also surprised me the room lacked an iron and laundry services were absent. I did notice it after unpacking.
