The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. I really liked how close the hotel is to the beach. i was impressed with the extensive breakfast buffet. So much delicious choice for everyone! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's amazing.
I did find the gym equipment to be a little outdated. Could use a refresh.

The reception efficiently arranged taxis, ensuring prompt transportation. All staff demonstrated a strong command of english and were consistently polite. The bar and restaurant teams provided excellent service. They are really kind!

The room had a lovely view of the beach. The size was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. they pay attention to detail, and even the toddler chairs are super clean. the free parking was great, though the staff are very polite and courteous. i highly recommend this place.

many restaurants were nearby, and the two best i experienced were a very short distance from the hotel, including spiranca and l'amuse. the hotel is approximately a 30-minute ride from the tirana airport, convenient for travel. it was well located.

The rooms had high ceilings and a feeling of opulence. The room had complimentary water every day. the size was great, and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable! the room was super luxurious and lovely

The staff was very friendly, especially the beach staff. housekeeping was daily and excellent. The girls are really hardworking! i had the sweetest, loveliest housekeeper, and she is a real credit to the hotel.

the spa is amazing. i highly recommend therapeutic massages by engji. the swimming pool was well designed and made for a wonderful backdrop to the restaurant for evening meals. the breakfast hall in the 5th floor is beautiful.
