the super nice team i got a free welcome drink upon arrival the hotel's location is seriously convenient to the airport i found the on-site parking to be a huge plus the restaurant food was excellent. i enjoyed the well-furnished rooms with new equipment. the spa center provided excellent relaxation plus i loved the robe they gave me to use it was comfy. the pool area and breakfast selection were awesome.

i noticed the shower head in my room was partially blocked it was a minor issue but a bit annoying.

wonderful anniversary stay

I was very happy with the decoration done for our anniversary. red roses and balloons were in the room, and i found it very thoughtful. the spa was great. I used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. bathrobes, towels, and slippers were available.

The hotel is located on a busy one-way road. This made navigating the area a bit difficult.

The staff were very kind I appreciate this. The beds were comfortable I slept well. The restaurant provided good food I enjoyed it.

The rooms lacked soundproofing I could hear corridor noise. The room design seemed incomplete there was one bedside table. The telephone time was incorrect it was six hours ahead.

the breakfast had plenty of options. i appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious room. the staff were lovely. the access to the swimming pool was great too!!!

the air conditioning didn't work very well. i was uncomfortable in the summer heat. the gym is in the basement. it was also very warm there. the gym equipment needs some upgrading.
