i appreciated the proximity to transport links shops and restaurants were close by the hotel provided easy access to different areas the room was quiet and spacious i was able to relax after a day of exploring.

the check in process had a rough start i found the receptionist unhelpful and impolite this affected my first impression though the rest of my stay was fine.

the double room had a tall ceiling and nice design it was clean and large the air conditioning in the room was easy to adjust to my preference allowing personalized comfort.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. This offers many transit opportunities. The dining hall is large enough, it entertains most of the guests at the same time.

The cleaning crew had not taken the trouble to ensure that the soap and shampoo dispensers were filled. They had clearly not be replenished in a VERY long time. the room did not have tea or coffee making facilities.
