disappointing room and cold bathroom
ground floor roomfaulty windowcold bathroom
the staff member at check-in noticed i use a walking stick and gave me a ground floor room, which i thought was considerate.
The bathroom window would not close properly so it was very cold. it was 3 degrees outside that night. the bathroom had no curtains or blinds and no heating. the restaurant was also as cold as the bathroom. I was not impressed.

hard bedoffhand staff
The bed proved quite hard. I slept poorly and woke with aches. i found the restaurant staff rather distant.. one even ate while serving plates.
