Bannatyne Hotel Darlington, Duncan Bannatyne's signature hotel, is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. Accommodations include Standard, Executive, and Four Poster Rooms. Rooms have wireless internet access and a 42'' Plasma TV. Executive rooms are located in the Georgian part of the hotel and offer views of the enclosed garden. Four Poster Rooms include a seating area and ensuite bathroom. Robes are available for a £10 deposit.

Maxine's Restaurant offers British food, wines, and single malt whiskies. The restaurant features marble fireplaces. Maxine's Bar provides spirits, bottled and draught beers and lagers, and a wine list. The Study provides private dining for up to 20 people. Venue for Celebrations
The Wilbur Suite accommodates parties of between 20 and 110 people and includes a bar and portable dance floor. The Library seats a maximum of 12 people, and the Study accommodates up to 15 guests. A late license allows bar facilities and dancing until 12:00 am. The Bannatyne Health Club is a walk or short drive away.
