I stayed for 3 nights and found the room top quality. It was clean, warm and spacious with many modern features. The breakfast was tasty and provided a great start to the day. Linda's knowledge of the area stood out. She offered excellent recommendations for dining and transportation.

The reception manager did not apologize about the bug issue in the room. She just wanted to send a cleaner up to 'hoover' them up. How charming.

I had a lovely big room, it was super spacious. the elemis toiletries in the bathroom were a real bonus! the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The car park needs some work. It would be great if it was tarmaced and had marked bays. it was a bit of a struggle to find a space. I hope this improves!

i had a very nice roomwith a very high ceiling and felt spacious. the bathroom was large, and the bed was also big, so i was really happy with the size and layout. breakfast was included, a bonus, and i thought they had a very nice selection of items (especially the pastries). i am glad i booked this hotel.

the bar area looked slightly worn.
