missing air conditioningfaulty window
the room lacked air conditioning it got very hot at night also the bathroom window would not shut properly this was quite annoying and made sleep difficult the restaurant service was also poor with a long wait for food one morning

i found the staff cute and efficient. the outdoor seating area that room Thyme had was a definite bonus. breakfast was a GREAT experience with its wide selection of options.
the soundproofing between rooms needs some improvement, i could hear clearly conversations next door which was a bit distractive.

the hotel enjoys open views across the surrounding landscape. it is a tranquil setting, quite peaceful. easy access to major routes IS another advantage .

my beautiful double room had a spacious bathroom and a HUGE comfortable bed. the room included bath robes and offered enough space to move around freely. decor IS tasteful and modern.

parking spaces near the entrance provided convenience for arriving guests. the enclosed play park looked well maintained and SAFE for children. i noticed lovely green spaces available for families.
