charmed Stay
fine grounds comfortable bed friendly staff
The grounds were really fine with clear and even paths. I could take walks every day. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful .
The bedside lamp housing became very hot after being used. I almost burnt my hand when I tried to switch it off. This could be a health and safety issue especially for children.

The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained. They offer walking paths around a lake and wooded areas, perfect for outdoor activities (i really enjoyed this).

Breakfast offered a good choice of hot food, locally sourced, I believe. The restaurant menu provided a wide choice. Staff members looked after everything i needed.

the room was excellent. the room service meal was good on a sunday evening. easy parking was available. breakfast was served promptly. the staff were efficient and friendly
the hotel is starting to look a little dated!

The grounds feature autumn trees. Walking around them offers fresh air. the building is excellent, with a lovely location. the hotel even provides a free taxi service to the races nearby.

the room had a nice outlook and was quite cozy! the room size was good. the bathroom was large and included a bath and a shower, though the window would not stay open without wedging a shoe in.

reception staff were helpful . they were really good too make everything special. one receptionist was always available and ready to assist with inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience

The food tasted very good and featured local products. breakfast was good and promptly served. i found the restaurant meal to be good, the bar offered great views of the lake. Though the wind coming through the window was awful.

huge room roll-top bath walk-in shower
The check-in was very quick and easy! the room was huge. It had a sofa and chairs. the bathroom was also spacious, with a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower!!!
The reception was a little frosty. It seemed like i was interrupting the staff's chat.
