Rooms: Unique Beach Themes
The Seacroft offers six rooms, each named after a beach on Anglesey and decorated individually. Most rooms welcome dogs. Family-friendly rooms are available. Premium doubles feature en-suite facilities, a balcony, and double beds.
Dining: Seaside Pub Classics
The pub boasts a menu with a seaside twist, using fresh, seasonal produce. Mussels come from the nearby Menai Strait. The breakfast menu includes options from avocado and smoked bacon to a full Welsh breakfast. All pizzas use the freshest ingredients. Examples of specials include a 10oz rump steak.
Leisure: Local Attractions
The hotel is near the Anglesey Sea Zoo, displaying British marine wildlife in over 40 tanks with creatures such as octopus, lobsters, seahorses and jellyfish. Caernarfon Castle, a World Heritage Site, is nearby. The team has created a leaflet with local walks starting from the front door. Other attractions include Greenwood Family Park and Foel Farm Park.
Location: Trearddur Bay
Located in Trearddur Bay, the Seacroft is 15 km from RAF Valley - Anglesey. It is near Trearddur Bay Beach, Ty Mawr Standing Stone, Skinner's Monument, Beddmanarch Bay, Fairy Bridge, Ucheldre Centre, St Gwenfaen's Church, and War Memorial Holyhead. The Holyhead Ferry to Dublin is five minutes away.
Services: Offers & Amenities
The Seacroft is dog-friendly. The property offers gift vouchers for drinks, food, or stays at The Seacroft, or at its sister pubs and inns. Several deals are available: Chippy Tuesday for £11.95, Pie & A Pint on Wednesdays, and £5 off bottles of wine on Fridays. A double of any spirit and mixer is available for £9.75 daily. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
“I think this family-oriented hotel seems to be a good choice for those seeking a coastal getaway with their pets. From what I read, the themed rooms, named after local beaches, add a cultural touch, and the on-site restaurant's seasonal menu emphasizes fresh, local ingredients. In my opinion, the outdoor dining area and proximity to the beach and nearby attractions such as Anglesey Sea Zoo, Holyhead Ferry and hiking trails in North Wales are true advantages.”
