Really good Suite Experience

The suite featured danish contemporary style furniture. I found many space to relax. The location made visiting city highlights easy. I appreciate the short walks everywhere.

The room wasn't always silent, the air conditioning create noise throughout the day.

I stayed in a fantastic suite with beautiful decor. i really liked the superb fittings and linen, i wish i had stayed longer. the location is really great. Everything is in walking distance. the suite felt spacious and it was beautifully appointed

The room was noisy. people walking upstairs and in the hallways constantly woke me up. the bathroom door is not very private. It's right next to the bed

My room included a washing machine, this would be great for a longer stay. the bedroom could be closed off with sliding glass doors. This added some privacy and reduced noise when needed.

the front office staff was very kind, i really appreciated their reactivity. the lobby of the hotel was fantastic, i really enjoyed spending time there. i had no issues leaving my luggage before check-in!

We had a Beautiful Suite with breakfast included. The room has a nice design, and it is a comfortable room and bathroom plus a living area and dining area. The fridge, kettle, toaster and oven are included and very useful. THERE even was a washer and dryer. That is helpful if you stay for a few days.

the view from the back side of the building wasnt good. i saw like a waste disposal area and a parking lot. also, the heating was not working very well. it was HARD to relax.

The staff was helpful and kind, ready to assist with any request i had. Reception operates 24 hours at the Ascot hotel in the same complex. This ensured assistance was always available.

The suite was spacious. It had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable (i slept very well). It was a short walk to Tivoli and close to Town Hall Square.
